The farm Bioricci, by Antonio Ricci, is located in Lucera.
Since his inauguration in 2015, Antonio has started a deep process of development of the inherited productive reality, however with fifty years of experience in the sector, focusing on organic farming.
The company located in the Monti Dauni, more precisely in the countryside of Lucera, has as its main objective the enhancement of indigenous varieties by placing at the center of its work respect for the land, history and food and wine culture of its territory.
The farm since 2016 is in an organic farming regime leading to the birth of our brand BIORICCI, therefore, strictly follows the indications provided by the EU regulation on organic production and labelling of organic products.
The products are harvested and processed in a day so as to preserve all their freshness and a unique taste in three words "flavors, aromas and nutritional properties".
All this is done with great passion to get genuine products and rich in flavor, just like those of old.
