The Andreola pasta factory has been a success story for several years. The passion for pasta has been handed down from generation to generation, with love and care for details.

Michele learned the secrets of this art from his mother and started his pasta production activity according to the rules of tradition in 2004. A careful search for the best ingredients, treated with care and without haste respecting their needs and characteristics and following the times of nature.

For years we have been working with the best restaurants in our beloved Puglia to offer traditional recipes starting from pasta. Our products are made only with durum wheat from the Tavoliere delle Puglie Italian controlled and guaranteed supply chain.
