The Forno Madre opened in October 2017.
Three friends, Russo Franco, De Simone Antonio and Colucci Giuseppe have decided to form a company (the RU.DE.CO. s.a.s) and, restoring an existing structure, have given life to this new activity.
The purpose of this adventure is to bring back to the homes of our customers the scents and flavors of the past, when bread, biscuits and taralli were prepared at home and then cooked in the nearest oven.
Tradition is the real key to opening the door to innovation.
