The farm is situated in an excellent panoramic position facing south in the village of S.Agata di Puglia (Fg) and is spread over an area of about 7 hectares that includes the olive grove, the forest, the vineyard, the orchard and the vegetable garden.
The built-up area consists of a new structure, complete with swimming pool and 4 rooms for overnight stay, while the old part is spread over 2 floors.
The farmhouse - now completely renovated - covers 2 levels of 150 sqm. each, and has pieces of original frescoes.
The ground floor is used as a restaurant and the upper floor is receptive and consists of 2 suites.
