The chapel has a simple stone facade with a double entrance, flanked by a bell tower. The religious building preserves inside part of the original pavement, a wooden statue of the Madonna del Carmine dating back to the sixteenth century and a canvas of the Virgin with Child of the seventeenth century. On its churchyard, on the last Sunday of May the feast of the Madonna della ricotta. This festival is inspired by the tradition of transhumant shepherds to bring as a gift to the Mother of the Lord during their passage to Carlantino, milk and fresh cheese, so that the Virgin would watch over their journey and their flocks.
