Information
The factory was built in the mid-1400s behind the city walls and transformed a tower into a bell tower. The present appearance of the sacred building is due to the renovation carried out during the 1700s.
The simple and rigorous facade is in stone, as the left side wall on which was placed a sundial and at the end of which stands the bell tower.
The simple interior has a single nave with lateral arches, illuminated by the light that filters through the central rose window. The statue of San Giovanni is kept here and is celebrated on May 6, when a parade of floats decorated with colorful flowers leads the statue to the church located on Mount Sambuco.
