Information
The building, of uncertain origins, but ancient, has undergone considerable renovation over the centuries, due to several collapses due to seismic events.
Also called the Church of the Dead because it was the seat of the Coven of Good Death, is presented with a simple stone facade, on which stands out the beautiful portal carved with the motif of the wild rose. On the left corner of the hut roof there is a two-level bell tower, while on the left side of the stone facade there is a pretty statue of the Virgin with Baby Jesus in her lap.
The interior, with a single nave ending in the apse, is richly decorated, especially in the details of the ceiling and the two twin altars by local masters.
