Look at the right side of the Cathedral, the beautiful Bishop’s Palace of Troia which houses the Episcopal Archive, the Chapter Archives and all the documents and documents of the former Diocese of Troia.
In the rooms of the Bishop’s apartments are exhibited valuable furniture, such as a console in the Empire style and two sofas in the Louis-Philippe style, glass furnishings and chandeliers, enamel and ceramics from the eighteenth century onwards, to which is added some element of furniture in the Art Deco style, and paintings depicting portraits of prelates from the seventeenth century onwards. Particularly interesting are the Throne Room with the canvas of the Vision of San Francesco d'Alcantara by the artist Francesco Solimena and that of the Flagellation, attributed by some to the artist Francesco Trevisani , by others to Michele Rocca, called Parmigianino.
