The cuisine of "Il Cortiletto" keeps alive the flavors of Puglia, in a perfect combination of Apulian culinary tradition and innovation of taste. The chef Paolo and his wife, the owners, carefully choose the raw materials of the dishes preferring the seasonal ones. Particularly careful also the presentation.
