The Hotel Restaurant L'orecchietta is led by Hercules with his children Mario in the kitchen and Maria Teresa in the room supervised by his wife Lucia, owner of the farm, who with their warmth and their care have ensured that the business could achieve the current success. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by a pleasant atmosphere, you feel pampered by the courtesy and cuisine of Hercules and Lady Lucia, who amaze with a large number of table tops (appetizers) able to tell the territory, from the Tavoliere to the Monti Dauni, with raw materials produced by the own farm. Good also the first, typical with typical Apulian flavors and the Dauni Mountains, with fresh homemade pasta. The quality/price ratio is really interesting, especially if you don’t let yourself get too carried away by the rich wine list. For its genuine cuisine the Restaurant L'Orecchietta since 2002 is in the guide of the Restaurants of Italy Gambero Rosso and also present in the guide of the Restaurants of Veronelli. Ercole and Lucia also participated in several food and television competitions, placing themselves in the highest positions with their genuine typical dishes of Apulia and Candelesi, winning the compliments of the various juries.
