Among gentle slopes and clear skies, in the plateau that is inserted between the Tavoliere delle Puglie and the reliefs of the Dauni mountains, stands Posta Guevara, in the original territory of the Guevara family, dukes of Bovino, in an environment rich in history, architectural beauties and ancient traditions. Posta Guevara was born at the dawn of the new millennium, the evolution of the family farm, with a special mission: to represent a place where memory and products of the territory merged to revive its guests' forgotten flavors and traditions. Since 2008 Posta Guevara is recognized as the first Locanda Rurale Europea in Puglia; at the Locanda, open every day, you can enjoy a typical cuisine revisited: bread with wood-fired yeast, homemade pasta, in a formula that combines tradition and innovation. Typical products include burnt wheat bread and pasta, black pork meats and cold cuts, cheeses from the Dauni mountains and jams from the farm. Posta Guevara is a School of Cooking and Educational Masseria recognized by the Puglia Region. It also organizes professional courses and educational workshops aimed at schools of any order and degree, with particular regard to the "Magical world of flour" and "Natural Yeasts". The complex, totally surrounded by nature, with its large garden and vegetable garden spaces, has several rooms for catering, rooms, educational workshops, conference room and meeting. He has received numerous awards and awards also through participation in programs of the most important television networks (Rai 1, Rai 3, Mela verde).
