The restaurant, braceria Ballarò of chef Raffaele Mazzarella is located a few kilometers from Deliceto, a village of the southern Dauni Mountains. The chef’s cuisine offers traditional local dishes, sometimes reinterpreted in a modern way, with contaminations of foreign cuisine in particular South American. Try the appetizers, the chef’s horse of battle and the meat, carefully selected. The environment is nice and familiar.
